Weight Loss Tips

1.  Eat often and in small portions.  Five or more meals a day will prevent your body from entering starvation mode and accordingly storing fat.

2.  The kind of food is not the only problem, the amount of food also plays a role in weight gain.  Do not gorge yourself and fill up on leaner foods and vegetables

3.  Weight loss pills will help, but they can be unhealthy for your body and should not be used long term.

4.  Set realistic goals.  You aren't helping anyone by creating outrageous goals that you will never accomplish, you are only letting yourself down.

5.  Burn more calories than you eat.  Exercise often and vigorously, this along with watching what you eat will burn fat.
The answer is simple, but the process isn't.  Fat is put on when more is ingested than burned.  Calories are used for energy, if that energy does not get used it gets stored on your body in the form of fat.
